There is a lot that can be said about the excellent quality of this hotel. But let me say this: there has been not a single unsatisfactory matter that is worth mentioning. 10/10. Aarushi, Khushmeet, Tanmoy and Romeo deserve a special accolade *****

We had very recently been to Sofitel hotel BKC. We had office colleagies drop at Le Bar, Nice of Mr Jubin . Mr Anurag for the prompt, well managed service . Glad to have happy hours at the Bar. Earlier we used to visit Trident due to their happy hours from 4pm to 8pm. Now we will visit here often. The staff is very well trained to give guest a good time . The lobby area is so luxuriously done up. Pool area is Fantastic.

Looking forward for the next trip.. NO DISAPPOINTMENT

Never disappointed at sofitel hotel, the staff are so caring and always ready to help you. Special thanks to the staff of fitness centre Mr. Imran for helping me out in my workout, he suggested me to go for a spa treatment as I was very tired, will surely try in my next visit. much satisfied with the overall service which was provided from the entire staff of sofitel mumbai... See all soon next month.....
